Our Site allows you to browse available rental equipment, check availability, and submit booking requests. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in booking forms
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Use automated means to access the Site without our permission

2. Booking Process

Submitting a booking request through the Site does not guarantee a reservation. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Utah Road Trip Rentals. We will contact you to confirm availability, arrange payment, and schedule pickup. A booking is only considered confirmed after you receive explicit confirmation from us.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting booking requests, including your name, email address, phone number, and vehicle information. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for rentals and refundable deposits are collected via Venmo at the time of equipment pickup. Prices displayed on the Site are current but may be subject to change. The total rental cost and deposit amount will be confirmed before pickup.

5. Rental Agreement

The actual rental of equipment is governed by our Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver, which you must agree to as part of the booking process. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website; the Rental Agreement governs the rental of equipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Utah Road Trip Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable rental.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Utah Road Trip Rentals or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Davis County, Utah.
